• Come join us! Hōhepa Wellington is building its staff team. Work opportunities will increase as more people are catered for by this new service. Experience in supporting people with disabilities may not always be necessary. However, the attributes of patience, calmness and flexibility, are.
• Casual staff are needed to back-up when regular staff are unwell or doing training. Contact the Operations Manager in the first instance if you might be interested in casual work.
• Volunteers are always welcome and are very much appreciated. Volunteers help out with resident activities, such as gardening, swimming, walking etc – again, if you would like to voluntarily be a part of the growing service, contact the Operations Manager, at the office. 04 -297 -2102.
• If you think you have skills to offer that might add to the learning of skills or experiences the people we support might benefit from, contact us – we may be able to co-ordinate opportunities for people with disabilities who are not part of our service, to work alongside….
